The All Mountain Group was formed in the summer of 2012 when four veterans of the outdoor industry decided to join forces and merge their 80+ years of combined outdoor industry experience to help bring legitimate sport expertise, intimate product knowledge, honest insight and advice, and strong industry relationships to the marketplace in a new representative agency.
We are proud to have partnered with several of the top brands in the climb, ski, and outdoor world, to help bring the expertise, fun, and knowledge of the sports we serve to the northeastern market. With 4 principals and a technical representative, we offer complete regional coverage for the New England and Mid-Atlantic market place.

Growing up in rural New York, Chris often escaped to his local crag – the Shawnagunks – to go rock climbing. What began as a strong interest soon blossomed into a full-blown passion and later into a career in the outdoor industry. In the 1990s, Chris worked as a sales manager at Sterling Rope and later as a category buyer at Eastern Mountain Sports. In 2005, he purchased the Boston Rock Gym – the second oldest climbing gym in the United States –which he operated until its closure in 2020. Since then, Chris has served as a consultant to the climbing industry. He currently represents Petzl Equipment and Scarpa in New England for All Mountain Group. When Chris isn’t on the road, you can find him in his home state of New Hampshire working on his latest ice or rock climbing project.
